Vegan Homemade Italian Meatballs (using Beyond Meat Ground)

1 Pack Beyond Meat Ground

1 Tbsp. Wheat Gluten

1 tsp. Vegan Parmesan

1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast

1/4 Cup Italian Bread crumbs

1Tbsp. Oregano

1Tbsp. Garlic Powder

1Tbsp. Parsley

1 Can Tomato Sauce



1. Heat Skillet with a coating of olive oil

2. Add all ingredients into a single bowl and mix thoroughly.

3. Form mixture into balls and place into skillet.

4. Turn and fry to ensure exterior of meatball has been evenly seared

5. Pour sauce on top of seared meatballs.

6. Serve with pasta
