Vegan Soda Bread

2 Cups All Purpose Flour

1 Teaspoon Baking soda

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1 Cup Soy Milk

1 Tablespoon White Vinegar



  1. Combine the Soy Milk with the white vinegar and set aside.

  2. Pre-heat skillet on Med-Low

  3. In a bowl, add the flour, baking soda and salt and mix thoroughly.

  4. When the pan feels hot, pour the milk mixture to the center of the dry ingredients

  5. Using a knife, cut the mixture until it comes together as a dough ball.

  6. With floured hands, place dough ball on a floured surface and press down evenly to about 1/2" thick. Cut into 8 or 6 wedges.

  7. Lightly Flour pan and cook wedges on both sides, until golden brown

  8. Enjoy!
