Vegan Soda Bread

Ingredients
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Soy Milk
1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
Directions

Combine the Soy Milk with the white vinegar and set aside.

Pre-heat skillet on Med-Low

In a bowl, add the flour, baking soda and salt and mix thoroughly.

When the pan feels hot, pour the milk mixture to the center of the dry ingredients

Using a knife, cut the mixture until it comes together as a dough ball.

With floured hands, place dough ball on a floured surface and press down evenly to about 1/2" thick. Cut into 8 or 6 wedges.

Lightly Flour pan and cook wedges on both sides, until golden brown
