Vegan Chicken Fingers ( Using Gardein Chick'n Breasts)

Cajun Mayo Dipping Sauce


1/2 cup Vegan Mayo

2 tbsp Ketchup

1 tsp Vegan Worcestershire

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

1 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Cajun Seasoning

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

1/2 tsp Sugar

  1. Wisk all ingredients together at once and refrigerate, min. 2 hours, before serving.

Chicken Fingers


6 Gardein Chick'n' Breasts (Available on our website)

seasoning salt

poultry seasoning


Batter Mix:

1.5 Packages GoldenFry Chip Batter Mix (Available on our website)

1 cup Club Soda or use water


Dry Coating:

2 cups All Purpose Flour

1/2 tbsp Lawry's Seasoning Salt

1/2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning

1 tbsp Poultry Seasoning

1 tbsp Paprika

1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

  1. Ensure Breasts are thawed and sprinkle each side of the with the salt and poultry seasoning

  2. Tear 3 lengths of chick'n' from each breast , forming a chicken finger size piece with your hand. Chill.

  3. Prepare Batter and Dry coating mixes

  4. Dip 2* pieces at a time into the Dry coating, sqeezing it onto the chick'n', next into the batter mix and finally back into the Dry coating. Place pieces into deep fryer and cook until golden.

*Don’t batter your chicken until your oil is hot and your ready to fry and do not batter more pieces than fit into your fryer at a single time
